The Viking solution<\/strong> includes a custom-made polymerization chamber<\/strong> that allows post-curing<\/strong>, an operation necessary to ensure that the hardened models retain their structural characteristics<\/strong>. Thanks to Sharebot UCB (Ultraviolet Curing Box)<\/strong> it is possible to expose printed objects to ultraviolet light for a specific time<\/strong>, which can be set using the integrated touchscreen<\/strong>. The high concentration of UV<\/strong> guarantees a uniform and lasting yield<\/strong>. At the end of the curing process, the device will automatically switch off<\/strong>.12<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SHAREBOT DUC<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Sharebot DUC (Digital Ultrasonic Cleaner)<\/strong> completes the package, providing the possibility to take advantage of an ultrasonic washing tank<\/strong>able to remove the residual resin, not cured, at the end of printing. Thanks to the ultrasound cavitation principle<\/strong> it is possible to generate very <\/strong>high speed compression and depression waves<\/strong> which create inside the liquid (detergent) a multitude of gas bubbles which become larger as long as the acoustic depression phase lasts. The impact energy caused by the explosion of the gas bubble hits the surface of the object to be cleaned by interacting both physically and chemically.<\/strong> This cleaning process guarantees optimal results compared to traditional finishing methods<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
